What is the least amount of sleep you are able to function well on?

    About 4 hours of sleep is the least amount I can function on.

    3 hours... it's so easy; just needs some practice ;) and knowledge what to do to keep body alive...

    healthy, warm food, tea and moment of relax should keep you awake. No alcohol, no drugs or smokes; "cleaning up" your organism from toxins takes away energy we have so little of :P

    Sleep always at the exactly same hours (best around 3-5 AM, that's when the body sleeps "the strongest"), that tells your brain to fall asleep as fast as possible; also (if you sleep on the back), turn your eyes upwards (toward your forehead) - that's their natural position while you're asleep.

The earth is flat, optimistically, the place you're attempting to land a airplane. people who land in hills have greater issues whether they understand astronomy. would not want a biology instructor to appreciate plenty approximately Noah's animals, or could you?     If it's just one night, I can do with none at all. But if I get less than 5 hours for a few nights in a row, I am really feeling it. I do best with 6+ hours.
