3 hours... it's so easy; just needs some practice ;) and knowledge what to do to keep body alive...
healthy, warm food, tea and moment of relax should keep you awake. No alcohol, no drugs or smokes; "cleaning up" your organism from toxins takes away energy we have so little of :P
Sleep always at the exactly same hours (best around 3-5 AM, that's when the body sleeps "the strongest"), that tells your brain to fall asleep as fast as possible; also (if you sleep on the back), turn your eyes upwards (toward your forehead) - that's their natural position while you're asleep.

If it's just one night, I can do with none at all. But if I get less than 5 hours for a few nights in a row, I am really feeling it. I do best with 6+ hours.
