I am looking to get more into Japanese music, my whole life is based on the Japanese way of life which i love but i don't tend to listen to alot of Japanese or Asian music. I do like Ai Otsuka and I am looking for some more artists (preferably female) who are like her. Also who as some good jRock bands. I am listening to alot of rock and metal music at the moment but i do want to get into jRock

Try a band called "Loudness" album is called Soldier of Fortune. Its from the late 80's early 90's. If you like hard rock and metal you should dig it.
A band called EZO was also pretty wild , they were the Japanese "Kiss" type band.
