The Emperors new clothes and Obama?
In that story the people were told that if they couldn't see the Emperors clothes then they were just stupid. Are there any similarities now with Obama? If someone points out a real political flaw then they are called racist, when that has nothing to do with it.

Obama has no new or different ideas. He is for and against everything. He will lower taxes and raise them. He is for more spending and a better economy. He is against the Iraq war and funding it, but for more military spending. He is for a new energy revolution that does not include any changes to current policy.
He wants to have presidential summits with Saddam Hussein types, but says he would invade pakistan if they did not please him. He thinks we need to "get over our inordinate fear of terrorism," but says he will get Bin Laden.
In other words, he is a clown. But Americans are frustrated and when he tells them all of their problems will go away on their own, they want to believe it.

Hadn't thought of that story in years. That's a great way of explaining it! Since Oprah said he is the one, I'm guessing he would like to be the Emperor!
