how to print word doc with a color background?
I have created a word doc with vista microsoft office 7 that has a background color..however when i go to print it the background color doesn't print. This is not for a web page, its actually an invitation that i want to print out.

I'm assuming you mean Office 2007. If so, here are the instructions:
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button (the one at the top left of the Word window), and then click Word Options.
2. On the Display menu, click to select the Print background colors and images check box under Printing Options, and then click OK.

Even better, you could buy coloured paper which would be a bit cheaper and better quality overall :)
