computer settings for print screen.?

computer geeks, when I use my PRINT TO SCREEN mode, IT always only gives me 1/2 a page, which is a 50% model of a whole page. what do I need to do to correct this settings. i have an e-machine. give every keyboard stroke on how to correct this. thanks for your help.

    To copy the window or screen contents

    To Take a picture of what is on your screen/To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.

    To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard

    Note

    To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste.
