What is this building at Michigan Ave near 15th street in Detroit?

It's just a few blocks away from the old Tiger stadium. It is a big, tall building, some sort of classic european style. Look like a big mansion or temple. But is abandoned now. Someone said it used to be the headquarter of some big company.

Yes, it's the old train station, which Amtrak used until 1988. It's a shame; it's been left to get quite dilapitated and run-down and is really an eyesore right now. Hopefully, it can be put to some good use in the future, or torn down to make way for another project.

It's probably the old Michigan Central Station. Hardly a mansion or temple.

It is one of the most breathtaking old buildings in Detroit. It is also one of the most symbolic representations of Detroits struggles. A beautiful old historic building that decays more and more each day.

I was saw the inside years ago. Even then it was decrepit and decayed.
