front part of kitchen sick faucet came off?
This is the kind of faucet where you push on the front part to do plain water flow or spray. That piece where the water actually comes out pulled off. It also is a removable hand sprayer with a metal coiling hose which pulls out.
I can pull out the end of the coiled hose and I can fit it back into the nozzle, but it won't stay hooked. The nozzle which came off has some male screw ridges, but there seems to be nothing inside for it to actually screw onto and hold.
The smaller end of the metal coiled hose which pulls out fits neatly onto or into the end of the nozzle piece, but if I pull on the nozzle at all it comes off and water shoots out all over the place.
Is it possible that there is another small piece which would hold them together? I didn't find anything on the floor or in the sink.
Do you think I'll have to replace the whole quit expensive faucet?
The faucet has initials FP on the front.

look on the hose under the sink. it may be still hanging on. it may still be inside the housing were the nozzle goes. if not unscrew the hose from the underside of the sink. please make sure it comes unscrewed some newer ones snap in. take the part to a hardware store, the monster stores may have it and are less expensive, but the smaller stores are usually more helpful. good luck.

Yeah buy a new one sounds like you have a mess on your hands. Buy a MOEN, guaranteed for life. I have replace many faucet parts several times and the whole faucet twice. MOEN pays shipping and handling next day, all you pay for is phone call

you will could seem on the backside of the faucet, and you will see to little holes on the perimeters... you want a sprint key to in good shape thoes 2 holes, and twist thoes, then i garentee it particularly is going to come off!!
