    I like them both. Corned beef with cabbage or a hot pastrami sandwich are both delish.

    I love both, but I have to go with pastrami. It's at least dry. At work I have to slice both, and the corned beef is so slimy I have to rinse it off and pat it dry. I'd rather make it in a crockpot. So, pastrami.
