I take Flinstone Complete twice a day. iron pills twice a day, vitamin C, E, and B12. The Flintstone and iron pills are prescribed by my Doctor. I am also considering taking a calcium supplement since I am getting older and don't drink much milk or eat a lot of dairy products.

Yes, to protect myself against the changing environment mostly. There are a great many skeptics to global warming, but the cold hard fact is the increase of carbon compounds into the atmosphere is not just changing Earth's climate but it's ecology too. I could be much more extensive in explaining the impact of global warming, but it would be pointless like reasoning taking supplements can strengthen you or ward off health risks. Some supplements can, but only minimally. Protecting yourself against the dangers of global warming should now be the ONLY reason to take them.

If she did a little research she'd realize that those pills actually become physiologically addictive and tear off more bone mass than one would naturally lose who is a normal... - How do you think about the answers?
