Hun, you really should go for it. Get all the help you can. Its gonna be real hard and your going to feel bad for a while but at least there's a 'light at the end of the tunnel' (or something less cheesy).

Getting help for eating disorders is so hard. i live in england and despite the fact im still losing large amounts of weight, my hairs falling out and im a total wreck, until im higher on certain waiting lists all i can get is a doctors receptionists answerphone. Use the resources you've been given, everyone wants to help you recover.

Really just try, when i get the chance im going to because this life is f**king miserable right? i just want to be a normal 16 year old girl again :(

You should definitely try to start fresh....just look at this place as a way to learn how to eat healthy, enjoy life and to have enough energy throughout the day. I am not going to lie to you and say that it will happen one two three where you feel good about yourself, but it will happen as long as when you go there, you are willing to get healthy. You will struggle with it for awhile, especially when you see some healthy weight coming on your body, but in the long run, you will feel beautiful and will live a happy and wonderful life.

Good luck with this!!! I hope that you will live a happy life after you get healthy.

The jiggly abdomen has not something to do with how plenty you weigh or how plenty you workout or what or the way you devour. it truly is a made of your epidermis being stretched out, and then unable to fullyyt shrink lower back to its until now proportions. there have been those days bikini pictures of Kate Hudson and Cindy Crawford exhibiting the two considered one of them having that greater epidermis. a thank you to get rid of it truly is surgical--a tummy tuck. in case you're youthful, your epidermis would be greater elastic and doubtless greater effective waiting to guard it. you desire to to communicate with a therapist in case you come across that this concern impacts the way you devour--considering will harm the infant, and not preclude the wrinkles, the two.
