Is it a big deal that I want to hang out with my cousins alone?
Me and my cousins, who are older than me(im 17, they're both in their early 20's), said we were going to hang out, go out for lunch, etc. I've never gotten to be with them alone, or in a casual setting, so I've been excited. Now my mom is mad at me, because I told her that I don't want her and my aunt to join us. I mean, if my mom is around, I feel like we all have to watch what we say or do(well maybe that's just me, because I don't want my mom to know everything about me). Do you think she's overreacting a bit?
It's not even that shes worried about what we'll do, she just is mad that I don't want her to be there.

unless your cousins are known hell raises id sit her down tell her your almost an adult tell her you wont do anything stupid and tell her you need some time your almost an adult and will soon be out on your own.

depends whats your nationality? because my dad got really pissed off at me because i was in the same room as my cousin who like 2 years older then me and the door was close.
