Help! Ingersoll Rand 285-AP-6 Impact Tool?

The 1in drive impact wrench that I've ordered for my shop has finally arrived. It is beautiful and looks very reliable, can't wait to use it.

Now my problem is putting it into operation. My compressor meets the 10cfm requirement for the wrench but I'm a bit confused with the compressor set-up, it says I'd need a filter-lubricator system in between. Is this really necessary? can someone provide me a diagram showing the tool, where the hoses should go and where do I place the lubricator system in between? and what other stuff do I need to know

I was thinking of directly plugging in the impact wrench to my compressor when I stumbled upon this note in the operating manual about a lubricator system in between

Here's the diagram on irtools.com

Thanks!

oil lubrication can be done by applying 2 drops of air tool oil into guns quick disconnect every day.you don't need to spend money on all this unnecessary Equipment.also drain your compressor of water every couple of days
