How did the judge throw out the Barack Obama case in Pennsylvavnia?

I need an attorney to answer this. Barack misses his filing deadline, then the judge throughs it out based, not on the facts, but based on a lack of standing by the attorney. if the attorney had no standing, then shouldn't it have been dismissed months ago? Was this a ploy by the judge to delay the case long enough to get it passed the election?

I'm not an attorney but I am outraged by this. Not by the case getting thrown out but by the blatant disregard for judicial procedures this judge displayed.

If an American citizen doesn't have standing to question a Presidential candidate's Constitutional eligibility, than who the hell does?

The judge made the ruling that the potential damage to any individual citizen from an unqualified candidate being elected President was "so vague and attenuated" that no individual voter had standing to challenge the candidacy.

If this ruling withstands appeal, it basically writes the "natural born citizen" clause out of the Constitution, since a potentially disqualifying condition that cannot be challenged by anyone might as well not exist.

What the judge did is perfectly normal. It couldn't have been thrown out months ago, because he needed to prove that the plaintiff had no standing.

Berg brought up enough evidence to bring it to court, but not enough to prove it.

Basically, he brought up the question, but then couldn't prove the answer he wanted.

Judges are objective and therefore would not entertain political gimmicks.Berg lacked evidence that's all!
