Entry to Gate 8 Warner Bros. Studio Burbank?
I am going to a filming of a sitcom at Warner Brothers Studios. The entrance is "Gate 8" and the address is 6650 Forest Lawn Drive. A satellite image shows a river between the actual studio properties and Forest Lawn Drive.
Has anyone gone to a sitcom filming via Gate 8? Is there another entry I can't see via satellite image?
Thanks

Old Christine or Big Bang I'm guessing.
It's not on the same side of the street as the main studio, it's across the street. (By the way, there is access over the "river" if you were going to the main studio lot.)
Try this map, and zoom in and you'll see the entrance and parking lot: http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=h&lat=34.146069&lon=-11...
Have fun!

It would probably be more productive for your sister to go in person to the specific place she wants a job and ask about how she should go about applying for work. A regular employee or otherwise a manager there could inform her of how it works. It might be through an outside temp agency, or it might be through company managed hiring, even if the work is as a temp. The best thing would be to scout out a specific job she hopes for directly and directly ask. A temp agency is likely to just give her a list of the positions their clients most need filled. If she just needs a short term job and is not so picky, that is fine, but otherwise she should first go in person to ask, not through a temp agency.
