Tea contains Anti Oxidants that must be consumed in small proportions only. Excess of Anti Oxidants will lead to dehydration and breathlessness. That is because the Oxygen from your body is reduced due to drinking tea. The lack of oxygen in bloodstream leads to headaches and improper circulation.
Therefore excess tea can harm your body. Certain Brands of Tea such as HUL's Tajmahal, Red Label and Lipton Tazaa also include CAFFEINE contents in them that make it addictive for the drinker. Such Teas must be consumed within limits such as Maximum 2 cups a day. Excess of Caffeine leads to Laziness, Reduced Visibility and immobility.

you may have caffeine, merely reasonably. some chocolate or a cup of tea can no longer do any damage. you also may have caffeinated espresso each day. the secret's to in effortless words keep it to a minimum of a cup or 2 an afternoon. My healthcare professional advised me that if I do drink say a Coke or espresso merely to make effective you drink some more suitable water that day besides to the each and each day volume he replaced into needing me to intake.

Well anything in excess can cause problems. Tea is a diuretic, meaning it induces urination, which causes dehydration in overdose, and potentially kidney problems in severe overdose.
Herbal tea (which does not contain tea itself) such as peppermint and chamomile is much better for you.

any thing which is too much ( over some unknown limit) is harmful our body. Say for ex. if you like to eat sugarcane , you can eat once or twice or very few times. you can eat that always. same thing it applies for coffee/tea or any other.

How much is too much?
If you drank, say, more than a gallon of tea a day, I'd worry.
Otherwise, tea is good for you.

too much tea of any sort can cause your kidneys to go into overdrive. this might eventually cause kidney damage, but not for a very long time.
I wouldn't worry about it at all.
