One of the biggest reasons I won't return to the Catholic church is because of their position on divorce. I had biblical grounds for divorce from my first husband, and yet the Catholic church says I am an adulteress by being married to my current husband. If there are no biblical grounds for a divorce I may feel different, but after all I went through to get my divorce the last thing I need is some priest (who by the way has never been married and knows nothing of the problems in an abusive marriage) to make me go through it all again, Not to mention that when I was still a practicing Catholic and looked into getting my marriage annulled back then the starting cost was $500.00. My current marriage is blessed by God (my husband is a minister, I have very good biblical knowledge on marriage and divorce) and I don't need man's condemnation.

There are so many wrong things with this video. Where do I even start?
1) It don't like the fact that it portrayed the men as bad, abusive husbands (yelling at their wives and making them cry)
2) This video basically says 'doesn't matter if you were a slut, abuser, or drug user if you accept Jesus then you're okay' how about making sure people are responsible for their actions? Not just rely on some deity to grant them forgiveness?
3) It's a lame attempt at bringing back former Catholics or even getting through to Catholics today. It's not going to do anything. These people (in the video) are a poor excuse of humans. They don't have any consideration for others, I've never done something like that to anyone.
4) I have to bring this up: the part where one man displays racism towards a black worker "you people are lazy" and makes him cry. C'mon! The worker is 6'0 feet and close to 200 lbs, he is going to sniffle at a remark made by a guy weaker than him? Not realistic.
All in all, a boring video and just oozing of a futile attempt at getting people to their church.

i imagine they inspire denial and are properly-intentioned yet misled. even if, i comprehend 3 those who were in dedicated lengthy-time period gay relationships who later experienced solid heterosexual points of interest. one in all them replaced right into a femme in a butch-femme courting who ceased to sense attracted to her major different as she elderly because she became a lot less butch, and placed herself falling in love with a guy quite. the different 2 were both in dedicated gay relationships yet chosen to have a toddler, and the adventure of raising the youngster created an emotional bond between them which they expressed sexually. even if, i evaluate all of those as backwards steps because homosexuality is intrinsically extra perfect than heterosexuality, and it is also major to be conscious that a butch-femme courting includes being attracted to a particular form of human being besides, so it isn't that diverse than being without delay besides.

Very nice, but it's nothing more than an apologetics site for Catholics.
I'm already aware of what the Catholic Church teaches and I don't agree with some of the doctrines and tradtions.

*gag* No way in hell I'm going back to the Church. I found a true spiritual connection and trust in the Lady and Lord.

Why would I want to go back to a religion full of child molesting priests? I'm happy where I am thank you very much.

Nothing new here. The church is telling us that we're doomed and only they can save us. It's the traditional Christian ultimatum: Believe what we say, do what we tell you or......roast in hell.

I turned my back on superstition many years ago.

Why would someone want to be religious in the first place? ATHEIST POWER.
