Instead of a 30 minute infomercial, why?

didn't Obama spread the wealth among the poor?

Or is just other people's money he wants to redirect?

If he did "spread the weath", what makes you think that the republicans would not jump on him and call him a socialist?

I do agree there could be better way to spend the money, but at the same time, if money is not spent on ads, then people do not win elections. That's just the way it works, and it has been proven.

So in a sense, Obama needs the ads for his campagin.

And so you know, McCain spent 6 million dollars during the olympics alone to try and keep himself in the ads. So I guess they are sort of even, right?

Believe it or not, poor people helped him make the infomercial. Just to make sure they won't stay poor people.

Liberals can talk, but they can't back up the talk. There is a book called Makers and Takers by Peter Schweizer that goes into this.

Touche. Don't forget about the $2 million party he's planning for election night at Grant Park in Chicago. My eyes are rolling again.

Obama cracks me up, I wonder if he knows there are drooling supporters sitting home wetting themselves because he was speaking to them, those people need some serious help.

what difference des it make he's put plenty of his wealth towards the poor if you've done your research you'd know that, and he'll continue to do so after he wins the election.

I am sort of confused as to why he spent the $5mil on the ad. Obviously, people like me are already going to vote for him, and people like you aren't.

But to answer your question specifically, he can't do that legally.

Oh right, he must have forgotten how it's totally legal to divert campaign contributions into personal charitable contributions.

  • Exactly. I've said that many times in my answers. If he is so for the poor people, how then can he honestly justify such an enormous amount of money being spent on HIMSELF? He's raised 700 millions dollars.
