64MB is standard, 768MB is maximum. You can max it out for $75. If you still have the original 64MB, you can add an additional 512MB for $50. (This is from the first link below, guaranteed compatible.)
The machine takes standard PC-100 SDRAM DIMM memory. It has three slots, and each slot can take up to 256MB. If you don't need guaranteed compatibility, you can get three 256MB SDRAM DIMMs for $12 each (with free shipping) from the second link below.
