A child's nutrition question?

We have very healthy breakfasts and dinners. For lunch my 3 eat ck nuggets and tator tots, fish sticks and tots, soy butter and jelly, and once a week mcdonalds hamburgers with apples instead of fries. I give them fruit with all their lunches. We sometimes eat leftover dinners... Is the nuggets, fish sticks and tots, and mcd's every week unhealthy in your opinion? Any ideas for quick and easy lunches? (note allergy to dairy eggs and peanuts)

it's good that you're giving 'em fruit but the nuggets, fish sticks and tots are not very healthy for 'em but if they want it let them have it maybe once a week.

try wraps like shredded boiled chicken, salsa, veggies and soy cheese.

    tacos with grounds beef,lettuce,guacamole...etc.

soups are good and yummy as long as they countaing some veggies and protein like beans or turket or chicken.

try fruit with flavoured yogurt for dip or veggies with salsa or ranch for dipping.

Yes. Leave out the nuggets, fish sticks, tater tots and McDonald's. It's very bad for children (or anyone) to have that all the time. Replace those foods with the non-fried ones, like broiled chicken or fish. Include more vegetables.
