Would an FX 5200 256MB card in a Dell Diminsion E310 work with teh 235W PSU with 2 Sata HDD"s and one CDRW? and would i see a good improvment over integrated 910GMA graphics?

If your computer has an AGP slot it will work. That card doesn't require any more power than a factory PSU because it just runs off of the motherboards power from the AGP slot... By the way your computer according to Dells website claims to have a PCIEx1 slot only, no AGP nor a PCIEx16...
