Horse bladder infections, possibly cancer help please.?

Is there anyone who has looked at an endoscope video of the insides of a horse bladder? The vet did an endoscope on my friends horse. The mare has been discharging a stream of thick fluid/pee every 20 minutes or so, it does not come out with any force like urine usually does, just dribbles out and gets all over her legs. The video shows ulceration and possibly puss on a rough looking insides. There is one purple polyp looking growth the size of a marble. The vet did not do a biopsy or take a urine sample but says it looks like it is probably cancer. This is in a breed of horse that does not usually get bladder cancer. So, if anyone has viewed a video can you describe it for her?
