System of a Down's Chop Suey is quite a good video, and a great song.
The video to Little Piece of Heaven by Avenged Sevenfold is really good, it explains the whole song if you couldn't tell what they were saying.
Aces High from Iron Maiden has a good video.
Hopefully some of these will lead you on to more good metal videos.
