I saw 3 little girls (10 and younger) dressed up as hookers....they were wearing mini-skirts, belly shirts, feather boas, lots of make-up, the whole thing. They looked like little "prosti-tots". What are the parents thinking!

I've been Indiana Jones, a fairy (Google Amy Brown), Zoro, Mrs. Lovett (from Sweeney Todd), cat woman, and this year I plan on being Lady Gaga. Indiana Jones is pretty easy. I wore brown pants, a cream colored t-shirt, brown flats (boots work well too), a brown belt that wasn't in the loops, a brown bomber jacket and an Indy hat (my brother's girlfriend gave it to him as a present from her trip to Disney World). Zoro was all black, with black boots and a cheap hat and mask from Wal-Mart. Mrs. Lovett is pretty easy. I had this high waisted black skirt from F21 with suspenders, and I wore a cream colored shirt with lace ruffles (from Charlotte Russe), lace gloves from Claire's, lace tights from F21, and black heels with Frankenstein-esque stitching. I also had a black wig left over from the Zoro outfit, that I pinned up to look like her hair. For Lady Gaga, I'm planning on getting a wig, wearing liquid leggings, an off-the-shoulder top, gloves, rings, heels, a circle scarf (making my own, because it's cheaper) and I found a pair of sunglasses that sort of look like her's. But the majority of this stuff I already owned. And the rest was some cheap stuff from the Halloween section at Wal-Mart. And homeade costumes are much better than purchased ones.

I never really got to pay attention to anyone's costumes, I had to keep my dog from bolting out the door while kids stuck their bags in my face left and right.

One costume that did catch my eye were two guys wearing the local high school cross country outfits. I actually started laughing when they told me they were the real uniforms. They looked hilarious...I couldnt believe tall skinny runner guys still wore shorts like that.

Simply putting cat ears on your head does not constitute a viable Halloween costume. There was a guy at my high school (straight as a board) who wore cat ears every day. I forget the origin of the cat ears, but it made his female friends happy.

Your Highness: (You must like being thusly addressed, neh?) ^_^ Three guys in my neighborhood did that! Nice, purple uniforms with really short running shorts. It was hilarious!

Haha I think it was my costume haha i was a witch.

I only had a witch hat on but yea =] It's so over done.

Oh and a pumpkin. Yea. It's cute and all but so you

    know old i guess?

  • My sister in law crammed her butt into a witches costume that was, errr, a bit snug. It's pretty bad when the clothing's so tight that you can see every roll on their stomach while their standing up.
