Burning 200 calories a day during exercise! will i lose body fat?

I'm 14 years old, today i bought a stationary exercise bike.

I'm planning on riding it for an hour a day.

6 days a week

i rode it today, for an hour,

i cycled at an average of 18km an hour.

it said i burned 200 calories.

I eat very healthy already.

will i burn body fat if i keep this up?

burning 200 calories a day, 6 days a week.

    if you dont enough food to restore your energy after excercising, you will... and if you dont have enough energy to begin excercising, your body will start burning fat and reserved energy... making you realy fatigue!

    Ummm.. I think so.

    But make sure you are replacing all your fluids and electrolytes...

    Its not good to lose wieght if it is all water...

    You will get dehydrated...
