You can make one easily with one "T" and 3 end caps,a section of 1 1/4 pvc(10 foot is about 3 dollars)..and some pvc primer and glue in about 20 minutes

You are confused. You can certainly pay for a gun online - but - you cannot 'buy it' as in they will ship it to you home. It needs to be shipped to a local gun dealer who can complete the required paperwork. Honeslty - do not bother. I've owned over 100 guns - and not a singl one was bought online....... because I dont like being screwed. If I am gonna pay a couple or hundred or nearly a thousand dollars for something - I want to buy it from a local guy who will take care of me in I have a warranty issue or need help. I have had guns turn up defective right out of the box - and the local gun shop has turned around and handed me another off the shelf, or, offered to ship it back - and some repair it locally - all for free. You will not get that online. Save the online gun buying to the dealers who have connections.
