wii vs. ps3 vs. xbox 360?

The Wii has mainly ALOT of kid rated games and also you can play Guitar Hero and Rock band games on it too

I would recommend the PS3. It plays Blu-Ray which is the newest generation of Video technology. Also the Xbox has more games now, but these games wear out the console. Game developers are realizing this and now are making most and almost all of their games for the PS3. Xbox's developers purposely sent out non-working systems with hopes of nobody noticing. Within 1 year the Xbox360 will be forgotten and the Wii will be faltering behind. The PS3 has been exclaimed by game developers, and consumers as the most-favored gaming console and will dominate any and every gaming console. It also has free online gaming features.

P.S. the PS3 does have some little kids games. But the Wii is mostly designed for little kids. The PS3 is meant for hardcore over 17 year old gamers. the Xbox is for over 17 year olds that don't want to play too much and are willing to lose it from lack of games. However the PS3 has a substantial amount of little kids games as well as rated M games.

For young kids? The Wii.

It has much more child-oriented games that are cute and fun. You will find titles that are not at all appropriate for a 5 year old on both the 360 and PS3 (Gears of War 2 and Resistance 2).

On the other hand, the PS3 has more child friendly games than the 360. If you decide to get a PS3, get LittleBigPlanet. Very fun and very cute. The 360 is more shooter oriented.

something for kids i would say neither the wii is more child based. But if you have to chose between those two id say that the 360 is more adult based. I think that the wii would be a good choice for a young child. Its interactive and theres alot of kid friendly games for it

for kids games, it's wii. however, most of the wii's exclusive kids games aren't very fun. ps3 has a lot of different types of games. little big planet, which is only for ps3, is a kids game and is very very fun, so i suggest ps3

I personally would suggest the wii, we bought one for my girlfriends 7yo and he loves it and so do we. there are many games available for children(not so many on the other systems). the only problem is trying to find one by Christmas that is not over priced
