At what time will the different networks report the winner tomorrow?
I would think that MSNBC will declare Obama presitent about 6am EST
But what about the rest? Will they wait until the west coast polls close?
I think the country is in for a very long night that could drag on until weeks end because it looks to be a very close election.

they wont officially declare till 11:30 PM tues night....but for all practical purposes, it will be OVER at 9:00 PM once FLORIDA, NH, OHIO, PENN and VIRG have been declared BLUE for obama.

Based on exit polls and preliminary returns in the Eastern time zone, I expect other major networks to declare Obama the winner before 8:30 Eastern (to try to suppress the Republican vote in the rest of the country (especially including Alaska and Hawaii)).
I agree that "the country is in for a very long night that could drag on until weeks end because it looks to be a very close election", especially due to ACORN and other Democrat voter fraud.

If Indiana goes for Obama they will call it it between 6:30 and 7:30 PM EST.

I know you're probably being a republican with the MSNBC hit, but it depends on the networks' math guys. NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX
they declare when their mathmeticians deem it mathematically impossible for the other guy to win. IT's usually with in minutes of each other though.

It is policy to wait until the polls close in California..................MSNBC has already declared Obama the winner..................I watched some Saturday night and they were doing a piece on the effect of Palin and how she cost him the election...............
McCain/Palin 08
Predict: Obama wins majority vote and McCain wins electoral college (thank you founding fathers!)

They'll declare Obama the winner with 0% of precincts reported.
If it turns out they're wrong, they won't admit it until after everyone else already knows.

Usually around 10 or so, but we will get updates throughout the day. If Obama has a big lead, as many are predicting, it could be announced earlier. Let's cross our fingers! Obama 08

Let us never forget the farce of the 2000 elections.
I wouldn't call it a win for anyone until Inauguration Day.

The polls close at 8pm eastern time and networks start reporting soon after.
