In microsoft excel what is the formula to copy text from what I type in one tab into another?

Im trying ot set up an excel book so that when I type in a name on tab one it will auto enter into tabs 2 3 and 4 at the same time. what is the forumla for this?

    In tab three cell A1...

    =Sheet1!A1

    Where "sheet1" is the name of the source sheet and A1 is the source cell you want to "copy" into the new cell.

    Just highlight the cells with the formula you want to use and then click the bottom right hand corner of the last cell you highlighted and drag it down or right depending on where your putting the formulas.

    = folowed by the cell adress.

    ex ='C1'
