Quiting and getting hired back twice?

I understand that if you quite your job once that you can get hired back again, but you have to start the job over again from when you first got hired. But if you quite a second time and get hired back a second time, is that aloud. Because that is what happened where I work at only they fired me and took her back after she quite twice, and I was working there for two year. They fired me and took her back and started her at 12 dollars and hour, I was only making 7 dollars an hour. Is that right? Mostly after how she quite twice, I'm pissed and now I have no job. Someone answer, do you think this is fair?

Update:

I forgot to menchin, the women they keep hiring back sucks at her job. She dosent do anything right.

Update 2:

Did I michin that I got fired because of it and I worked my *** off.

Depends on company policy. In the US, there are no laws limiting how many times a company can hire the same person.

A private business sets their own hiring and firing practices. That woman must be real good at her job if they keep taking her back.
