American Eagle store credit card?
Is the American Eagle store credit card a decent credit card to start building credit with? I shop there quite frequently.
If anyone know whether or not they have early payment penalties, high monthly interest rates, etc would be a big help.

I recommend looking @ their terms and conditions which should have the answers to you questions.
Bank credit cards however are the best at building credit score because they make it a point to report to the bureaus each month. I have heard that Capital One is one of the slowest. I.e. My sisters first credit card was a bank of america card, her credit limit started @ 700, within 4 years her credit limit was 20,000. My first card was Capital One, started @ 700, four years later limit is 2700. We both kept up with our payments paying more than the minimum however my limit never came close to hers.
