Has any one noticed the news today about...?

...Sarah Palin or will this be yet another thing selectively overlooked by the mainstream media? It has now been found that Palin didn't violate any ethics rules according a state investigation. I am finally learning that the media is slanted and this probably won't get much air time regardless of election coverage.

Update:

To those who have comments about it being election day...I am aware of that but I've not seen a whole lot of anything on the news that amounts to much. Polls don't close until later today, that's when real election coverage starts. Until then, there is plenty of time for other news.

The media jumped all over Palin and tried to make her look like some kind of villain. And the DemocRATS ate it up. Too bad.....the women in this country had a chance of breaking that glass ceiling and couldn't handle it.

I think everyone already made up their mind on her , including republicans who called her Diva ....(among other things)

    Edit.

    State Personnel Board investigation

The State Personnel Board (SPB) has been reviewing this matter at Palin's request.[139] On September 15, she filed arguments of "no probable cause" with the SPB.[140][141] The SPB hired independent counsel Timothy Petumenos as an investigator. On October 24, Palin gave three hours of depositions with the Board in St. Louis, Missouri.[142] On November 3, the SPB-hired independent counsel found that there was no probable cause to believe Palin or any other state official had violated state ethical standards.[143]

Hmmmm requested by her report turned out to find out that she is innocent - astonishing!

you might want to check the mainstream media (which yahoo is a part of since they get their news from the AP) before you criticize it. This was posted yesterday on cnn.com at 7:23 pm.

  • It's funny how you discounted or ignored the original guilty ruling from the panel yet you're now acknowledging the ruling from a 3 person panel?

    Selective-hearing much?

Read the story again. Palin was found to have acted unethically when she fired the state trooper. 'Troopergate'. This story says she wasn't found to have acted unethically when she fired the state safety commissioner, which is a different case altogether.

you JUST realized the media is slanted?

They have been brain washing our youth in school ever since Bush won in 2000. This is a non-violent liberal/marxist revolution and the media has it's dirty hands all over it.

That was reported yesterday by all the major networks. I don't know how you missed it, but I heard it at least five times and saw it in two different papers.

she has already been found guilty of ethics violation by a "non-partisan" committee. The news you are speaking of came from a panel of people that she appointed. what did you expect.

I'm glad that you're finally learning. Was it in time to vote for McCain/Palin?
