Why is it every time DX comes back HBK acts so stupid?

I don't think that he acts stupid. For sure he acts a bit more immaturely than Triple H, but it's part of their schtick. Triple H is supposed to be the more serious of the two. Plus, that's just the way their comedy works. For the most part, whenever they get together they are pretty funny, and they work really well together.

Why do you think he acts stupid? I actually really like the way he acts as a part of DX. Come on, a 40-something guy in a group like DX is pretty funny. Michaels says on his DVD that it's done on purpose.

DX is an immature group so he acts immature. He always pulled pranks and acted like a goof to get laughs and boos back in the day. Now that hes 40 it might seem stupid but its really just funny and him and HHH having a good time while they destroy the competition. For the guy who said Jericho is boring you don't know what your talking about pal. You need serious guys to be heels and feud with the good guys thats the whole point. Y2J can't be the old Y2J anymore its about winning for him now not making the fans laugh and thats how it needs to be.

He acts a bit more like what the K in HBK stands for. I guess mostly because that was how he was when DX was first formed.

It's a slight gimmick change which Shawn Michaels goes through whenever DX reunites. But, it doesn't suit him always, especially when he has just had a SERIOUS & emotional fued/rivalry with Jericho.

But when it suits him, it's great to see the funny side of him.

It is just who DX is. I mean the fans love it when he acts silly, so why shouldn't he do it.

i believe shawn said it in one of his interviews that he does act like a schmuck everytime DX reunites to elicit reaction from the crowd.. & for me personally, he does such humorous antics for people to have this perception that he's an honest to goodness, wholesome guy which can be attributed to his newly found faith.. & i also think that he wants to vary his approach from hhh's "serious guy" one.. i don't like him (shawn) but everytime he acts like a dork, he does make me laugh most of the time..

Because that is his DX Gimmick.

It's entertaining, better then him acting like Y2J nowadays. I'd rather have him acting stupid and be comical rather than acting serious and be boring.

it's his DX Gimmick that's why their called DX their degenerates.
