Do you think the media swayed the voters to vote Obama?

When people see majority are supporting a candidate, the tend to join the masses. Then the media and pollsters lied and said John McCain was going to lose Arizona, which was BUSH IT! Obama was destroyed in Arizona.

Update:

He won Arizona by 10 points...that is being destryed in politics.

Yes, I wonder where Obama can send his "Thank You" card?

It is because of the Media that……..

Tuesday night America elected a man who, has been close friends with (and a political protégé of) William Ayers, a domestic terrorist who bombed the Pentagon and various Chicago public monuments and later wrote in the NY Times that he wasn't sorry and wished he'd done more. Obama said "I was only 8 years old when he did that" …. Well Obama, you weren't 8 years old when that piece ran in the NY Times about Ayers having no regrets. This is the man who Obama initially denied ever knowing or meeting, then recanted and said he knew him casually, but thought had been "rehabilitated".

Rehabilitated? If Barack Obama applied for a job with the FBI, ATF, DEA or with the Secret Service, he would be disqualified because of his past association with William Ayers, a known terrorist. Imagine that, an elected President of the United States, that would not qualify to be his own body guard!

Tuesday night America elected a man who sat in the pews in front of a reverend who for years preached anti-American hate speech ("Not God Bless America -- God DAMN America!") and referred to America as the ("U.S. KKK of A.") and said in essence we deserved the 9/11 attacks by saying "America's chickens are coming home to roost"

Sure Obama tried to distance himself from this man during the elections, but it doesn't change that this man who spewed hate from his mouth was Obama's "Mentor"(his own words) for years. It was only when under national scrutiny that he started to distance himself from Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

Tuesday night we elected a man who's spent more of his political career serving his own desires of becoming president than serving the people who elected him. A man who Missed “HUNDREDS” of senate votes. And when he did bother to show, Refused “HUNDREDS” of times to vote Yea or Nay , and instead chose to Vote "PRESENT" which is the equivalent of saying…” I don't want to politically hurt myself by taking a stand one way or the other.”

Tuesday night America voted for a man who in 1979, started college at Occidental in California. ‘Barry’ (that was the name he had used most of his life) at this time had Two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chan and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan. During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, made a round the world trip; stopping to see his mother in Indonesia, next Hyderabad in India, three weeks in Karachi, then to Pakistan where he stayed with his roommate’s family, and finally to Africa to visit his father’s family.

When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York. It is at this time he wants everyone to call him Barack - not Barry. After Columbia, he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000. a year. Why Chicago ?

By “Chance” he met Tony Rezko, a real estate developer in Chicago who was Born in, and has strong ties with Aleppo, Syria . Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery. This year Rezko, was named Entrepreneur of the Decade by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association.

About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School. After Law school, he went back to Chicago. Rezko offered him a job, which he did not “directly” take. But, instead took a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhil & Galland…. Guess what? They represented Rezar which is Rezko’s firm.

Rezko was one of Obama’s first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago. In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with “Seed Money” for his U.S. Senate race.

In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price).Where did he get the money for the property? On the SAME DAY Rezko’s wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama’s new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan? They are in charge of all those Internet campaign contribution for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East?

Now, we have Obama the Presumptive- President Elect, Hiring Michelle Obama’s Previous boss, Valerie Jarrett, as his chief advisor…. and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz, Iran. Do we see a pattern here?

And lets not forget On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on This Week with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, “My Musli

Source(s): I understand People want Change, so do I …..but you have to ask yourself, what kind of “Change” will we really get? ...well…. the “Change” might be that they realize they voted for an inexperienced smooth talker. Who is “deeply indebted” to foreigners to the tune of Millions. Right now they don't see the “Change” ….. There is deep manipulation occurring. And a phrase that may ring in some peoples ear; Beware of the enemy from within. And before anyone starts trying to play the “Race-Card” as the reason people are saddened by this election…… Know that People are not discriminating because of the color of his skin, They are discriminating because of his background.

You cannot be serious. You must have been under a rock for the last 6 months. The media did EVERYTHING they could to get Obama elected. Not just against Mccain but also amazingly against Hillary. I really believed if the media did its job--unbias to both candidates, Mccain would have won.. With saying that,Obama is our new president and ill support him like the dems supported bush when he was elected

Yes. But it is deeper than just that they said Obama was ahead. The media has framed things for years in a way that puts politicians of Obama's philosophy in a positive light. This influences people strongly.

Obviously! I no so many bad things about Obama that the media never told anyone! Like the fact that he cant even get a job as his own bodyguard because of the relations he has had with some terrorist groups.

This is a culmination of 40 yeras of media bias. Remember, the children of the late 60s and early 70s are in charge of the media and politics. When us Reagan babies come of political age, things will change. Boomers: your experiment failed 40 years ago. It will fail again.

Of course they did. If you can't see that, you are blind. They did nothing but praise Obama and not report on any of his shady connections, illegal campaign contributions from abroad, and the evidence that he is not a natural born citizen. The evidence points toward him being an illegal alien. They also had a negative campaign going against anyone who opposed him. Look at the smear tactics they used on Palin and Joe the Plumber.

It's funny how you turned a swear word into an expression about this sitting president. Funny and accurate.

Btw, you should be a pundit on Fox. Your "people change their secret ballot vote to fit in with the cool kids" theory has legs.

i think it does help as some people are very easily influenced by the media and "movie stars" and that whole genre of people.

either way -- the election is over and in january obama will be the president. whether you liked him or not - the majority has spoken. we need to give him a chance to prove himself to the REpubs aren't shouting - i told you so.

Have you looked at the results in all the states? You say McCain destroyed Obama in Arizona. Arizona was one of the closer margins. Look at how big a win Obama had in most all other states. Now that is what I call destroy.

Definitely not, people vote with their pockets maybe it's aright for you and you are comfortable but not everyone is in the same position as yourself, when a house is on fire the owner does not care about the colour of the fireman

The media controls this country because most people are sheep. People can no longer think for themselves so they turn to the media to tell them what to think and say.
