Do you think Congress has done enough to protect our elections from fraud?

There have been issues in the past three elections, but no actions from Congress to fix them, yet it is their responsibility accounting to the Constitution.

I think most of the issues have involved questionable registration, rather than actual voting fraud, not there isn't any, but how widespread is it?

Also, the constitution mainly gives voting rights to the states to regulate and control. Constitutional rights in the 14th, 15th, 19th amendments are mostly dealing with states and discrimination matters. .

But there havent been any reported cases of fraud. Not a single solitary fraudulant vote has ever been cast in the modern age.

Registration is a completely separate issue. However, you cannot vote twice and you need to be on record at the elections office and they make sure "mickey mouse" doesnt vote.

No action needs to be taken because the "issues" have nothing to do with fraud, but with mechanical breakdown.
