I steamed, pureed, and froze pumpkin. Will I be able to thaw it and use it for a pie at Thanksgiving?

And, do you have a fantastic pumpkin pie recipe you'd like to share?

    You can, BUT... beware. It'll be more loose and contain more liquid then can pumpkin. It'll also have more strings. It's a good idea to strain it well after you thaw it. Good luck! Enjoy....
