depends if the persons profile security is high or not
sometimes the person dosnt care and anyone
can look at their profile or sometime you have to
add them to look at their profile :]

that is totally creepy. Definatley tell facebook approximately that. yet, refresh your browsers cache and temp. internet documents and attempt lower back. it must be a glitch by way of fact that facebook is changing around good now.

No, I do not think you can. FaceBook tries to protect peoples' privacy.

you can if they are in your network if they arent then you would have to add them to see there profile
