Why does everyone think North America only has three countries in it? Aside from the obvious Canada, US and Mexico, there is Hondorus, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatamala, Haiti, Antiqua, Barbados, El Savador, Panama and a few others I'd have to dig out of the memory banks.
Your Horns are Showing: Actually, you are wrong, the Caribbean is considered part of North America, as are the Central American countries, they are just sub-regions of North American Continent. What continent did you believe the Caribbean belonged to? They certainly doesn't belong to South America. If you going to insult someones intelligence, you make sure you are actually right on the subject first.

Is that a country? If it is north of America, is it another name for Canada?

Why do you think that the Caribbean Islands are in North America? They are considered a sub territory of the Americas and are States.
You could work for Sarah Palin with that kind of knowledge.

No I don't think I could name all of them off the top of my head, there has got to be at least 20 of them if you count the Caribbean islands..
