hae a makeup, nail polish party at the house. Get another friend or parent to help you out. Apply the nail polish and makeup yourselves and take photo's of the girls before and after. You can even do some hair styling (no cutting) with curling irons etc. Have cake and ice cream. You can purchase sample type eye shadows, eyeliner and lipstick for around $1.00 at walmart. Pick up several and let the girls decide what they want to wear, and then send the makeup that they used home as party favors.
I did this with my 6 yr old daughter and her friends and they had a blast playing with the make up. Some even went to get the dress up clothes and dressed up after wards. Lots of fun and very inexpensive.
