You must be extremely careful when buying these types of items on Ebay. I never, ever buy anything from anyone with less than a 95% Feedback Rating. Remember to ask a lot of questions and never use your own money, start a PayPal account and pay things you buy with that account. PayPal will cover you if someone rips you off. I had a guy who got me once and PayPal went after him, got me back my money and I was able to buy the item from someone else. Finally, the prices that you listed for these types of items is just too good to be true; I wouldn't chance it. Do your research online and see what these items cost at retailers first and then go on Ebay and compare. If there is a drastic difference in price, DON'T BUY THE ITEM FROM THAT SELLER! Find another seller and compare his item and so on.

Its safe, but be careful about the seller, some of them could be trying to scam you.
