For my contacts - Has Yahoo Answers lost it's appeal to you now?

I missed out on all the drama. Seriously. Except the message you sent me sort of informing me that someone I'd never spoken to was not who they claimed to be, I have no clue what happened.

But evidently it was enough to bother a lot of people whose questions & answers I usually enjoy reading. There's hardly HALF the questions on here from you anymore. I think at least a couple people have "purged" their contact list to get rid of EVERYONE to avoid a troll or something, as I don't see questions & stars from folks I used to. It DOES suck. :(

Certain times of the day in Dogs, it gets interesting and it's like someone unleashes a flood of interesting questions. And then other times a day, it's 51 million questions about what to name a puppy and three questions about what kind of effin' dog Obama is going to get. I have begun to find other things to do online, I have found the joy of OTHER sections away from Dogs. And I joined a homesteading forum so I can learn what fruit & veggies I can grow in South Dakota and plan for a garden next Spring :).

So meanwhile I'm still over here in my happy-little-corner sipping sangria and dancing to music that only *I* can hear! I don't have any trolls (that I know of), not aware of TOO many folks who hate me (Hey, if you DO hate me, feel free to drop me a line) and I haven't been a victim of any drama. Maybe there is an online hate group devoted to besmirching the Forest Basenji, but at this point I am oblivious to it & would probably like to remain unaware LOL!

I still like Yahoo :)

However, the drama has made it...different. I remember the old days where we all had fun, we were addicted, and it was full of laughs. I guess things change but just because they do doesn't mean you have to.

If only Yahoo was back to the way it was. I'll be staying, I am still that little bit addicted but I still have a life outside. I'm half in, half out :)

I missed the drama apparently. I read a few things that were posted publicly, after everything went down, but no one informed me personally.... I don't make it a habit of communicating privately with anyone I've met on Yahoo -- not about personal matters, anyway. At the most, I know my contacts' pets' names, their views or knowledge on certain issues, and any other details that they have disclosed in their public questions or answers. I very rarely know THEIR names.

But I have noticed that it's been a little different the past few weeks, and it kinda sucks =/

I have answered 6 questions in the past week that weren't from my contacts.

Thats not even a fraction of the amount that I answered every week a few months ago.

I get on here less and less. Answering manly only my Contacts Asked/Starred questions.

I actually have a life!

Oh, I am so proud of myself!

But, I agree, I haven't seen some contacts for weeks!!!!!!

And I miss them :(

I only answer like two questions a day since the drama started then i go on with my daily life without Y!A. I pretty much did move on from this site because of all the unnecessary drama. I haven't checked my messages in a couple days because i don't want to deal with drama from some of the members of this site. The trolls and stalkers are really starting to get to me which is why i am not checking my e-mails or posting very much.

I have been on here for a while...contacts come and go and I sometimes go away for a while, but then come back and make new friends. Sometimes things may seem sad when certain contacts leave, but things can always get fun again when you meet others!

Y!A has gotten extremely boring, even in P&S. I'm ready to *gulp* move on ;). Not many people log on as much as they used to. I haven't seen Rachel, Ulva Child, Tony or greekman in quite some time, Abby has blocked me for some reason *sigh* YA just isn't fun anymore. Oh well, now I can spend a lot more time with my "fab five" (best friends). See ya

Soph, can you tell me where l can get a life, l think l'll be needing one when the last of my contacts go missing in action.

I usually stick to the Dogs section, I'm here for the dogs. The same ole questions over and over again get tiring, and the ridiculously stupid questions are enough to make you wonder how many people live under high voltage power lines or too close to hazardous waste dumps (and more importantly it makes you wonder who taught them how to use computers!), but when people e-mail me saying "Thanks you helped a lot!" it makes it worth it :P

it quite is an stunning question,are those appeals ever gained,and how generally?Your' so-noted as infraction is slightly nicely worth a warning,there is not any way you will desire to lose.yet...to WHOM are you desirable?the very comparable people who suspended you first of all?if so,that no longer often seems honest.
