It sounds like a vacuum leak to me . The EGR valve is a vacuum operated item and the map sensor as well. They will cause your Blazer to dump to much fuel and make the 02 sensor act up. Check for a vacuum leak. It wont take to long just to see before you dump more money in a shop or parts.

I know that some people like to Kid around. They must be. Try using your scan tools diagnosis. It probably gave you the right codes and you looked up what they mean? Right? Always change or fix the higher of the numbers1st. Then re scan. The Next code may disappear. try It.Which ever Is 1st. Is it the o2 sensor? Or the Map sensor? Good luck

all these will definitely make vehicle run ruff. Check for vac leak on Map sensor and check for port clogged on EGR valve. Remeber though EGR valve has a gasket try not to tear it.
