Questions about Miniature Horses?

Ok so here's the story. I am getting a minature horse from my friend. She was raised around goats, so I am keeping her with my nubians and lamanchas. I was wondering. Does anyone know any good websites to learn about them. and please don't google it then tell me. I have done all that. I want to hear from people who raise them. or have owned them. Like how to gain their trust. What are some good supplies i should have handy. Whether or not they need a blanket, and when.

    talk to your friend. they should know the horses likes and needs.
