warm showers usually help. Also have her start sleeping with a pillow between her legs, it makes a huge difference!

She shouldn't take aspirin or ibuprofen, paracetamol and codeine are ok to take and can be taken together if the pain is really bad, this was verified by my doctor in my last pregnancy when i was getting terrible headaches. Her back pain shouldn't be too bad at this stage, if it is becoming a problem she should go to the doctor in case there is something causing it. I have a hot water bottle I keep in work for my lower back that can get pretty painful from sitting down all day, that and a couple of paracetamol do the trick for me, good luck!

There shoudnt be too much weight at this stage wait until 8 months, thats the killer. The only safe pill to take is paracaetamol which will knock your partner out. Boobs may be sore now though.

I did pregnancy yoga as I have concurring back problem and that helped greatly also as an extra bonus popped me back to my normal size after baby was born! Sometimes you can do it together.

Just right morning (or night in my case) to me and all the other pregnant ladies out there! :D are not we tremendous?!! We're so blessed, and are so brave i believe to be going by means of all this, and fully devoting ourselves to our children so that they are able to live and grow and keep the human race going.
