Romanized Greek for "Sandals of the Dead"?

I'm in the middle of developing a plot for a story I'm writing and it hinges around a pair of sandals my character finds. They're called 'Sandals of the Dead' and I wanted the Romanized Greek translation of the phrase. I used an online translator and this is what it gave me:

σανδάλια των νεκρών

If I can't pronounce this, I know my character won't be able to. Can anyone help me with an Romanized translation?

Thanks for your help.
