The topic was something about diabetes, and when Disney consulted with doctors about how the subject was presented, it was decided the episode shouldn't air.

It was dropped because the fact of Oliver having diabetes needed to be reconsidered and reviewed by the producers and health professionals.

it was not dropped just delayed. The show was about diabetes, and they wanted to make sure all the stuff they portray about diabetes is correct.

because the show was about miley finding out she had diabetes, and disney was worried that people might view it as mocking diabetic people
