Always ask a question at the end if they ask you if you have any questions, a good one is always "do you enjoy your job" it catches the interviewer of guard and they usually are suprised at your initiative! And they cant exactly give you negative feedback about it can they? if they ask you what flaws you have, make it a good one, something like 'I can never leave something un-finished'
