Double-check your default gateway. Run an IPCONFIG from a command prompt. Verify and ping your default gateway.
Check the documentation on that Belkin router for access. Most have browser interface capabilities as you obviously know.
Also note that you may have better luck accessing via a USB cable if using a network cable - or visa versa, try the other.

Hi, If you did forget your router's IP Address, no worries, just follow these steps to find out what it is 1. Press and hold the Windows Key (near the left ALT on the keyboard) then press on R 2. On the box that opens type CMD 3. On the window that opens type ipconfig 4. Browse through the results, the numbers that follow DEFAULT GATEWAY under Ethernet Adapter Local Area Network (browse up the window) is your router's IP Address. 5. Type that IP Address on your web browser's address bar and gain access to your router (make sure you're connected to it via cable) Hope this helps

If the page will not load, then this is not the IP Address to the router. Your default gateway should be the same as the router's address, so...
Go to Start, Then click run.
Type CMD
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig
the information will display, look for default gateway and type that into your browser.
This should work, but if not try resetting your router using the reset button on the back and then following the above steps if the address does not reset to the default.

try 192.168.1.1
if that doesnt work, go run>cmd>type in ipconfig /all
a list of crap will appear. you're interested in the number along side the words 'default gateway'. type that number in your internet browser and all should be apples.

Is this the right address for your router?
