This saying is definitely Latin American, in fact there are two probabilities: the person is from a rural location or lack of school education (pa 'ka is a vulgarism in terms of language structure).

The spanish language accepts and embraces Latin American colloquialisms but not vulgarism, which can lead to an incorrect interpretation.

Look over here! How pretty this girl is,she has very (beautiful, lovely, pretty) eyes!

Miren hacia aquí! Qué (linda-bonita) es esta (nena) tiene los ojos muy (lindos-bonitos!)

The person is so near to the girl that she/he can see her eyes, perhaps the colour. So it is this and not that girl.

The reason you can't get the translation to work is that some of it is very slang. The translations the other responders have given are right - basically 'look over there, how pretty that girl is who has pretty eyes'.

'Pa 'ka' is short for 'Por Aca' and 'Ojitos' is a way of saying 'Ojos (Eyes) but making it sound cuter.

Lindo/linda is really South American Spanish - you rarely hear that in 'Spain-spanish', instead it would be 'guapo/guapa or 'bonito/bonita'.

Using 'aca' instead of 'aqui' or 'alla' is also v South American.

Hi, I am a native speaker of REAL SPANISH, the one in Spain. This would be translated like, "Look over here, how preatty is that girl, she has very preatty eyes". It wouldn't be like pa'ka, it would be," hacia aqui", and, "linda, nena, and lindos are not realy REAL Spanish, it would be, "Miren hacia aqui, que bonita es esa niña, tiene los ojos muy bonitos". Hope this is usefull, if you need any help with Spanish cometo me, I know everything, I am a native speaker, bueno, hasta luego!

"Look over here! How pretty that girl is! She has lovely eyes"

Cookie - why did you bother? You obviously don't speak Spanish!
