He has Vista Home Prem, 4 gig ram, dual core, new computer. using wifi, got full signal. He wants to watch TV, no way to hook up a cable. Are there any Channels the soldiers can watch?

JLC's TV is a software where you can find a list of channels per country, and is easy to use, of course, there are a lot that do not work, however there are other that works well.

Yeah just go to the site such as ABC/CBS/MTV.
They have episodes online. Full episodes.
Also there are software that you can download that allow the media center part of Prem to find television channels.
Check into that.

tell him to search for the program TVAnts. It has TV channels from all over the world.

They don't have every tv station, but have more specialty programming, like NFL, college football, nba, etc.
