Can an evap line ever show up when inverted?

I have to really work to see a line in person but when I invert it I can see it. Can an evaporation line ever show up on an invert??? I always heard they couldn't, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

Update:

You can take a picture of your test and invert it or use a negative feature to look at it.

    invert?

If there is an evapouration line it will show up no matter what you do to a photo.

Evapouration lines are not that common, can you post the photo on here for me so i can have a look? I have had plenty of faint positive tests and i'm pretty good at telling evapouration lines from faint positives.
